1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme
Lifespan: 4/2000 - 11/2000
I bought this car for my girlfriend, expecting her to pay me back. I was transporting her to
and from work at the time, and it was driving (pun?) me crazy. She worked seven hour shifts,
but I worked 8 or more. So, I broke down and bought her something. I saw this on the side of
the road marked as $750. Bought it for $650. Then we had tons of work done to it (thank God
for family). But eventually, it started developing chronic problems (it liked to pop belts!),
and it seemed like we were replacing everything. But at the same time we'd loose days at a time
while it was being fixed. So finally, we had to sell it.
We were sure sad to see it go :). Nicki named it George.
Why is this car on my car pages? Because I paid for it, and she never paid me back!
